It's Family Time!!  Sunday, October 29, denotes the last Sunday in the month and that means Family Service Time at 11 a.m. Come and enjoy the upbeat music from our 'Saints and Sinners' band, and join us to meet, greet, and enjoy treats in the auditorium following the service.

*  On Tuesday, November 7, the ACW is welcoming all to their ACW Afternoon Tea & Card Game, taking place at 2 p.m. in the auditorium.  For just $7, come and enjoy an afternoon of fellowship, food and fun.  Maybe a little extra change would help as they will have a bake table, the popular $2 bags, and even gently used handbags and jewelry.

*  A reminder to those who frequently attend Holy Eucharist and/or Bible Study on Wednesdays, that both are cancelled onNovember 1 as there is an All Saints' Service/40th Anniversary Celebration at 7 p.m. that evening.

*  TomorrowThursday, October 26, there will be a Parish Network Visitors meeting at 2 o'clock at Shirley Cooper's home at 67 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl.  New members are always welcome.  For more information about this wonderful ministry, there are pamphlets in the church's foyers or you can contact Shirley at 368-6180, Margaret at 368-1867, or Rev'd Lynn at 368-5693.

*  If you are planning to attend "Halloween in the Crypt" at the Anglican Cathedral on Saturday, October 28 from 5 until 8 p.m., make sure you let them know you are coming by phoning 726-5677 or by emailing  They want to make sure they have enough treats for everyone.

*  Vestry members, your monthly meeting is tomorrow evening, October 26, at 7 in the multipurpose room.

*  Thanks to those who dropped food off for the food bank during the past week.  This week they would like tea bags, sugar and peanut butter.  Donations to the hamper fund are also greatly appreciated.
